位置便利，走路十几分钟就可以到世纪城购物中心，居住周边环境非常安静，公寓本身很干净整洁，就是厕所略微小了一点，其他都很满意。

Ben's place in Los Angeles is in a great location. The apartments are well maintained and very clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and felt very safe. The location is well connected to all the touristy spots in L.A. Ben was also very accommodating in extending our check-out time by an hour, which helped us get to the airport with just enough time. We had a little bit of a hiccup during check-in as the original apartment we had booked was not cleaned after the previous check-out. Kudos to Ben's associate to accommodate us in a neighboring vacant apartment that is also a vacation rental. We were lucky that unit was available, else we would have been in a difficult situation given it was the Thanksgiving week. One of the things in the house that was a downer for our stay were the instructions pasted all over the unit. There is instructions about everything in almost every room - some mentioning a dollar amount if the vacationers broke the rules. It seemed a bit much and always in the face reminding about the rules of the house. While all AirBnb's we have used before expect dishes to be loaded in the dishwasher, Ben's place expects the dishes to be put back. This was a bit inconvenient since we had to hand wash the utensils used for breakfast on the day of check-out.
