A secure town house with tranquil marina water front views 300 metres from Reduit beach. It has spectacular views of the marina as well as the Bonne Terre hills in the background. There are two air conditioned double bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (super king bed) with en-suite shower room Bedroom 2 has two single beds. A small single third bedroom is locked but can be made available for children. It has built in bunk beds but no AC. Bedroom 2 and 3 share an additional bathroom with a shower. There is a parking space to the front of the house and a water pipe on your right to wash the sand off your feet when returning from the beach. As you enter, there is guest bathroom to your right and stairs to your left taking you to the bedrooms upstairs. The dining room and living room have spectacular views of the marina which lead out to a patio with a table and 4 chairs. A bbq can be made available if requested. The separate full equipped kitchen is located off the living room as is the utility room with washer and dryer plus space to hang washed clothes. The cupboard downstairs has beach towels while the cupboard on the landing upstairs has linen and bath towels.

We had a great stay at Rosa’s villa in Rodney Bay, best accommodation of our three week holiday. This pretty house is waterfront with a patio and grass frontage to the bay and lots of lovely boats to look at and the air conditioned bedrooms are a godsend, & Wi-Fi is excellent. We loved the brightly painted fruit and vegetable boat who came around, pulling up next to the garden wall and providing local fruits we couldn’t source in the supermarket, as well as banana bread homemade by his daughter. For easy eating Rosa’s house is almost next door to Jacques Waterfront dining (we highly recommend), and 5 minutes walk to Spinnakers on the beach, and many other eateries along the main road. The southern end of Reduit Beach is 5 minutes walk, and this was our favourite part of the beach, with chairs to rent, a great beach shack serving amazing fish and rum punch, and lots of interesting locals. We would stay again without hesitation and thank Rosa and Philippa for looking after us.
Rosa’s place was fantastic. It was easy to arrange, her communication was excellent, and she gave a huge list of local recommendations. She also arranged for a taxi pick up and for someone to meet us at the property. The house itself felt like home, in a beautiful marina location which was close to local amenities. It was clean and tidy, with everything you’d need for a great stay. The photos genuinely don’t do it justice! Thank you Rosa and everyone involved, we had an incredible holiday.
Great location, walkable to the beach and town. Easy access to restaurants, grocery store and the harbor. We enjoyed being waterfront. AC in the bedrooms was also a welcome relief, as it never cooled down at night! Covered porch area was perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening dinner.
The pictures don't do it justice! The house is in a great location; the beach, supermarket and some great restaurants are all within walking distance. Also, Anthony went above and beyond to help us with some difficulties unrelated to our stay. Cannot thank him enough.
condo #3 was great. fantastic location with nice views across the marina. Rosa was a helpful & friendly host. the condo was spotless with really well equipped kitchen ( everything you need ,& more ) . only 5 mins walking to Rodney bay for restaurants,bars & shops. cockpit bar restaurant was right next door. highly recomended

This a quiet townhouse with spectacular views and only ten minutes or less walk to the beach. When you go the beach, you can rent beach chairs.
There is a taxi stand that is five minutes walk from the development at the entrance to both the Harmony and St Lucian Hotels. You are also in walking distance of two supermarkets and a shopping centre. There is also a small supermarket in the Harmony Hotel next door.
