Lovely cottage, clean with nice bedding and towels. Well equipped kitchen and great dining area with the extra sofa. The lounge particularly felt a little tired and dated although perfectly comfy and clean. Great location and plenty of parking.

Todd Hall was lovely, smaller than expected as I expected a bigger garden. The picture must of been taken from across the road. There was no welcome note/basket. No milk in the fridge and no tea or coffee nor no condiments in the cupboards non of the bear essentials. Neither was there any kitchen cleaner/spray to clean the sides down. Nor any wood for the fire for the first night. That said: location was great, great local shop. Easy drive to Holkham.

First I’d like to start by saying the location is great, close to the beach - and local amenities (shop and petrol station). I’m not sure if this is a one off, but the cleanliness could use some work - the squeegee in the upstairs bathroom was dirty and mouldy which was off putting. The house was quite dusty (I have dust allergies and had to air out the living room when I got there), some of the utensils weren’t clean, same for the high chair - we spent a chunk of the first day cleaning and there were a lot of cobwebs everywhere. Also, if you are tall (my husband is 6’4) the showers are a squeeze. The jolly sailor pub had excellent food & would recommend that. Our stay was ok, but unfortunately we wouldn’t stay again.

Cosy cottage. Perfect base for exploring the coast. Great walk to Wells and coast hopper bus back.

Lovely stay at Toad Hall. Spacious rooms with everything you could need. Logs left for the fire which was wonderful on the cold days we just had!! We went seal watching at Blakeney Point and had a lovely hot chocolate in Burnham Market.
