Tanholt is a detached bungalow located on a private road which leads to the NWT Reserve. It has a wonderful, large garden to the rear which is fully enclosed, perfect for dogs and children. At the bottom of the garden is a private gated access to the marsh. You can literally walk for miles from your doorstep here. Inside, the bungalow provides very comfortable accommodation for five guests. There is a cosy sitting room, a well equipped kitchen and a large sunroom which is also the dining room stretching the width of the rear of the property. Outside, accessed by the spiral staircase is a balcony. Here, looking through the willow trees and over the garden you will find the beautiful view looking over the salt marsh, towards the sea. There is a large gravelled parking area to the front, where the views again are lovely. The wildlife here is incredible, and you are within easy walking distance of the beach and nature reserve – just perfect! Additional Information Two well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). Access to the balcony is via an external, steep spiral staircase. Please ensure that all children are supervised whilst the staircase and balcony are in use. Please note, there is no starter pack (which includes tea, coffee, sugar and milk) or welcome hamper provided at this property.
