Seaclusion is a wonderful house in a wonderful place. The house is beautiful and fully equipped, beyond our expectations. It is located in a very private area, away (but not isolated) from town. The snorkeling right in front of the house (!!!) is amazing. We also enjoyed eating at Neptune's, which is a short walk away. Derick and Cheri were great hosts. We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home, amazing views, perfect location, and excellent hosts! What more is there to say? Directly on the beach with amazing ocean views. Perfect deck to watch both sunrise and sunset, brief walk to Neptune’s for water activities, food, drink, or transport to Utila Town. Phil was extremely helpful at check in and departure, helped with several local connections, and was a patient and knowledgeable dive instructor (given that we had sworn never to try diving...we’re now hooked!). Loved Utila, and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house! Highly recommended! The ocean view from the house is stunning. In addition, Neptune (5min walk from the house), the only restaurant in the area, was amazing with delicious foods at reasonable price. We had dinner there every night. The boat from Utila to Neptune leaves every hour starting at 9am. Before 9am or after 6/7pm, the host kindly arranged for a water taxi. Thanks to Phil, Cheri and Derick for your great hospitality!

Our family enjoyed our time at Seaclusion so much: bonfires on the beach, Neptune's restaurant and pier and exploring Utila. Cheri and Derrick were wonderful and really made the experience extra special.
