Enjoy a relaxing stay in this newly renovated basement studio apartment located in the heart of Sewanee's campus. The property backs up to Abbo's Alley and is walking distance from everywhere! The space is a one room studio apartment and features a private entrance, open layout, kitchen/kitchenette, full bath, outdoor patio, WiFi, new memory foam queen mattress, and shared laundry. The sitting area has a smart TV that streams the host's youtube TV, and guests can log into their private netflix/hulu/other streaming accounts. Here’s a full list of amenities guests can expect to find: HEATING/COOLING - Central heating/air - Electric fireplace - Extra blankets - Portable floor fan SLEEPING AREA - Queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress - All cotton bedding; a change of linens is also provided - Chest of drawers for clothing storage - White noise machine to help with sleeping and drowning out any ambient noise.
