A great place to stay and explore Sewanee and the South Cumberland area. Erik was very responsive and the barndominum was an amazing place to stay.

Erik’s place was very inviting and was very well equipped. It had everything you needed for cooking, sleeping, showering. The stay at Erik’s was amazing and I would recommend it to anyone in or visiting Tennessee.

Had a great time bringing in the New Year here! The location was secluded enough to have privacy, but close enough to run into town. We loved the place! 4 couples fit easily. Some things to note: this would be the best place ever in the warmer weather! There is a huge game room… but was a little cold in winter time, so we didn’t use it much. Another thing to note is that the beds are setting directly on the floor… so a little low for people that are elderly or with bad backs/knees. There is an awesome fireplace outside and a garage door right in front of it, to open and enjoy from the kitchen/living room area! The pond was beautiful. Appliances are nice! We love the place and would definitely stay here again! Erik was always very responsive and willing to help in any way possible. Overall, this is an amazing place! Definitely recommend!
