We only stayed for one night, but appreciated that the kitchen was well-organized for us to make a quick meal and the beds/sofa were really comfortable for a good night’s rest before a long day of hiking.

A nice place for a good price, and the level of quality I expected based on the price. The accommodations are not luxury, but they are comfortable. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, utensils, and dishes. The couch and bed were comfortable.

Phil and Jean’s place is a rare value and had everything we needed for a good stay. The kitchen was well organized and everything was easy to find. The location was peaceful but gave good access to the Seneca Lake area. We would definitely stay here again if we come back.

The location is good to walk to the beautiful lakes and grocery market. The home is clean and peaceful. While the dryer works with just cold air and shower valve is broken, the hosts are very kind and supportive. I may visit again at my next trip. Thanks!
