This space was a perfect setting for my husband and I, with adult children and 1 grandchild, to spend a relaxing after Christmas holiday. The location is ideal - private, secluded - yet minutes from the downtown area. We shopped, hiked, and relaxed. The house was cozy, and the kitchen had plenty of equipment for all our cooking adventures. The best part was the views in the morning and throughout the day of the lake.

Leo and Claudia could not have been more friendly, helpful, or responsive. We appreciated their efforts, from furnishings, appointments, interior design, appliances, king bed comfort, and master bath.

Leo’s place was perfect for our group of 8 to get together and have a relaxing weekend. With a few friends visiting from out of state, Leo’s place was the perfect retreat for us. We took advantage of the fire pit every night, the house was immaculate, very cozy and comfortable. We went out on the town which was a nice easy drive. Definitely would come again!

We were already planning our trip back before we checked out. This Airbnb pleased everyone in our group. We felt nice and secluded from the world with easy access to the towns of Saranac and Placid. The view from the house is absolutely beautiful, it didn’t feel real! We enjoyed having the canoe and kayaks to easily hop in and explore. The fire pit was a great size for our group of 7, many smores were made and there was plenty of wood for us to use. It was so nice to be able to bring the dogs and not have to sacrifice house quality. The house is very cozy and inviting, very picturesque! Lots of games and books to use. The speaker upstairs was nice to have we didn’t even need to bring ours. Clean and new bathrooms always makes the ladies of the group happy too! Overall fantastic trip, a hidden gem.
