5 stars 🌟 A walker's paradise! Located right on the beach and within easy reach of the coastal walk, this charming hideaway was an ideal rest stop for us during our visit from Australia. We embarked on the Seaton to Branscombe walk in splendid weather and were warmly welcomed by Matt and Kylie, who graciously accommodated our early check-in. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, with cleanliness and comfort that surpassed the images provided. It served as the perfect retreat for weary walkers, conveniently situated near numerous coastal trails and transportation options. The thoughtful gift added a lovely touch to our stay. With everything impeccably tidy and a bed and shower that were exceptionally comfortable, we wholeheartedly recommend this place to fellow travelers. Without a doubt, we'll be returning at the end of our journey. Many thanks to Matt and Kylie for a wonderfully relaxing weekend.

Great accommodation and exactly as advertised. 30 seconds walk from Seaton sea front makes it a perfect location and a great base also to visit other beaches etc. Host's attention to detail is thoughtful and arriving to chocolates and a welcome card was a really nice surprise. Bed was very comfortable (even though I have a back condition). My trip was to explore but also for some chilled time and this place was perfect for me. There's nice places to eat nearby, including a chinese restaurant a few minutes away, which although not usually a fan, was really nice. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. Perfectly located next to the beach walking routes, the space was private and spotlessly clean with lots of thoughtful touches. Great communication, easy to locate and access. Thanks for a great stay!

Matthew and Kylie’s place was fantastic! Right by the beach. It was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Loved the personal touches. There was a mini fridge in the room that had fresh milk in and water. We also had a welcome card and box of chocolates! If we return to Seaton we will definitely stay there again. Thank you both x
