Very well appointed and fitted holiday flat - had everything we needed. Nice touch from Clare to leave tea/coffee making items, so we could have a cuppa as soon as we arrived. Clare very easy to deal with in the run up to the holiday and she checked all was ok once we'd settled in. Would highly recommend

Lovely stay. Flat great. Fantastic location and modern decor. Would love a more powerful shower but otherwise can’t fault it!

A lovely apartment in a gorgeous village! We had everything we needed for 2 adults and 2 children and the location is excellent. Super easy check in and great to have a parking space 😊

Beer itself is a lovely village and Clare's flat is very conveniently situated within the village - just behing the "main" road and within easy walking distance of all amenities and the beach. The flat itself was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The car park is easily accessible. The instructions that Clare sent were comprehensive and clear. We had an excellent stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property.

A nice flat in beautiful Beer. The flat is well appointed, comfy and in a fantastic location just a short walk to Beer beach (we were lucky to have fantastic weather during our visit) We had a few small complaints on check in which were quickly rectified by the host so we enjoyed our stay. a few minor touches would really take this from a very good airbnb to a great one: Towels are not included (as stated on the listing) this seems silly not to include, no shampoo/ shower gel in the bathroom, forceful and cold note asking to strip beds and take out rubbish seems a little demanding. As an Airbnb we expected a little more than a couple of tea bags and coffee pods for breakfast really. Overall however the stay was fantastic.
