This was our second stay here, we just love it. Beer is so pretty and peaceful but it’s also a great location with so much to do and see. We had a mostly wet week but we were not without things to do, we went on a boat trip, lots of walks, to a farm, walked alpacas, to a theme park and went on Segway’s. We were lucky enough to have a few lovely sunny days for the beach at Exmouth and Lyme Regis at the end. Nikki and Chris are always so friendly and helpful, their property is immaculate and we really love staying here. I’ve never had to contact them during our stay as they are so proactive and provide all the information we need prior to our stay, they also have a lovely pack in the house with suggestions on places to visit etc, hopefully we will visit again soon!

Beautiful cottage in Beer, fantastic, central location and within a few minutes walk of Beer Beach. Lovely surrounding area, great for coastal walks. Would highly recommend for a long weekend or a short getaway.

What a lovely cottage in the most wonderful seaside village. Amazing location, parking, very comfortable accommodation with all the amenities. Great communication from the hosts. We did some beautiful coastal walks.

Great location, cottage was ready before check in which was communicated to us enabling us to get in early. Cottage was warm and cosy on arrival. Plenty of dog friendly pubs, the buses allow dogs which was fantastic as it rained after doing the cliff top walk to Seaton. Bus stops directly outside the cottage. Cottage had everything you would have at home. Parking is a plus as well. We’ll be back.
