Our beautiful beach house is the perfect escape for you and your friends/ family. The modern elements combined with the cozy atmosphere will have you feeling like you're truly on vacation! From our large bay windows where you can watch the sunset to our fully equipped kitchen and plush comfortable beds you and your party are sure to love your stay! Just a short walk to our private secluded beach or a 30 minute drive to Ensenada or Rosarito the location offers the best of both worlds. As you enter the house you will be greeted with a bright and airy foyer, hard wood floors and modern decor. Downstairs we have 3 full size bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms as well as a pool table room/ small bar. Room 1 & 2 are Jack and Jill style with a shared bathroom with a glass shower - both rooms are equipped with closet space, queen size beds, and stylish decor Room 3 Is down a separate hallway and more secluded. - king size bed, closet space, stylish decor Bathroom 2 Is a full-size bathroom complete with a glass shower it is right next to room #3 but NOT connected to the room As you go upstairs you will see our plush sectional couch facing out towards the bay windows where you can see the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything required to cook up a meal. We also have a surround sound speaker system that you can hook up to your phone and play music. Near the kitchen there is a door that leads out to the large balcony. On the balcony you will find a glass guard railing around the perimeter and a table for alfresco dining. There is also outdoor furniture and a gas powered fire place where you can enjoy a drink or roast marshmallows. Upstairs there is 1 bedroom and 1 X 1/2 bath Bedroom 1 2 full size beds, stylish decor, a full-size dresser 1/2 Bathroom Toilet, sink, and vanity.
