The apartment itself is a spacious hotel-style room, with a king bed to get a good night sleep, the perfect couch to sleep extra guest or put your feet up and watch some shows in our Smart TVs with cable and streaming services. There is a wet bar with toaster oven, microwave, and mini-fridge. The unit has two dining areas, one indoor and one outdoor to fulfill whichever mood you are in. A lovely private bathroom, and plenty of closet space are in the room as well. It is the perfect place for all sort of stays. The place is a 4-story tropical plant filled building, with outdoor corridors and private entrances. The building is older but kept pristine clean and well maintained. Elevators are always available and you can take advantage vast amount of great amenities. A lovely outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi with plenty of sitting areas to sunbath under South Florida’s renowned weather or to enjoy a drink or meal from our outdoor Tiki Bar located poolside. You will also be able to take advantage of our indoor restaurant/bar with daily shows, amazing food, and unbeatable prices. We have a small but efficient gym to help you stay in shape, and a communal area open during the days with computers to work on and areas to sit-down and unwind. There are coin laundry facilities located in the property, and plenty of free parking to leave your cars all day. The apartments are located inside a limited service hotel. We operate certain units as short-term rental. Please beware that you are not reserving a hotel and the following are the services you will receive from us; 24/7 virtual front desk express check-in and check-out, as with any Airbnb housekeeping is only done at the commencement of your stay, and you are responsible for upkeep of linen and room (we offer room cleaning upon request for $50).
