This house is nowhere close to being worth the rental rates that are being charged. The grill was so disgustingly filthy that we had to insist upon it being replaced (the owner wanted us to clean it!). We had to wait 4 days for the replacement grill. Very low standards for cleanliness and maintenance (shower curtain is stained; cutlery is rusted; a lot of cabinet doors and drawers are in a state of disrepair; most of the outdoor cushions are stained, some were in water on the ground when we arrived; dirty and horribly smelly vacuum; the white towels are gray;….etc., etc.). There is no counter space in the master ensuite (it’s the bathroom with the blue sink). Strong humidity smell in the house. The set temperature for heating the pool is too low, it’s a waste of $20 per day. The owner makes you feel like you are bothering her when you bring up any issue.

Jennifer was very responsive. The house is gorgeous, and the location is perfect.

Jennifer was friendly and great to work with. The house looked just like the pictures, it was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking. The back yard was a peaceful oasis, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only downside was that the master bathroom was a little small but would stay there again :-)

Open, spacious house in a great location. Private and quiet yard and pool. Jennifer is a responsive host.

The pool was nice, but the backyard had a lot of shade. The house was perfect!
