It was a good placement of bedrooms. There was a fun pool for swimming. Restaurants were in easy walking distance for breakfast, lunch, ice cream and tacos. Southern Vacations was very responsive with a small alarm problem. The house was very comfortable and we highly recommend.

This is a nice house. We really chose it because it was pet friendly. The house needed cleaning, especially the floors. all of us had dirty feet after a few hours. the upper level sleeps 10 and has only 1 bath. There were 3 smaller living rooms (one on each level) and a smaller dining room. We were not able to eat together. There were a number of small issues. no propane for the grill. no batteries in the remotes. In the lower level kitchen there were a lot of dead bugs in the sink. perhaps had just sprayed.. The pool was dirty and we asked to have it cleaned. Eventually they did come to clean it but first they accused us of having too many people in the pool. it's in a good location. close to the beach and walking distance to several restaurants

this house was perfect for our family vacation! plenty of room for everyone to have some personal space. I travel with 2 small dogs and having a fenced in yard is a must. a wonderful little ice cream place just down the street where my grandkids begged to go daily lol its also on the way to the beach. the house is in a quiet neighborhood although you can hear the music from the red taco place down the street but never bothered us. the house could use a few more things to have around for convenience, perhaps a wagon to haul your beach things, some floats for the pool (we brought ours) a updated house list ..trash does not come twice a week and would have been nice if it did. all in all my family loved it and even want to book it again for our family vacation next year!

The place was very well cleaned and beautiful! Downsides are that the alarm system was very messed up and the property code was not set up correctly! When I first got here they Leteraly gave me the wrong code and since I had over 7 people with me it was very inconvenient for me to wait after a long trip just to get into the Airbnb. Also the alarms sounded every 5 minutes we did something and that was super annoying. But overall it is a beautiful place and I would definitely stay over here again the location was for sure the best part and it was pretty clean.
