Located in the heart of Singapore, 36 Club St 069469, AIR Residences offers a prime spot for exploring the city's premium shopping and entertainment district. 5 mins walking distance to Chinatown, Maxwell and Telok Ayer MRT. The lively street filled with restaurants and clubs. Few steps away from the CBD area that makes it extremely accessible to explore every attractions in the city. AIR is a great accommodation choice for expatriate & travellers willing to experience the real local life. We require our guest during check in to pay security deposit via cash or credit card of $100-$300 SGD or any equivalent foreign currency depends on the type of room as a method to guarantee any incidentals or damages in the room and it will be refunded upon check out. 楼下就是酒吧，host说10.30就关门，事实并没有，一直到很晚都还有喧哗声，因为本人睡眠不好，所以这一点影响非常大。虽然有厨房，但是完全没有任何调料，并不方便！

Nice apartment in central Chinatown. Good for a family of 5 (2 double beds and a single). Kitchen is adequate but limited amenities (difficult to wash up as no kitchen/tea towels etc). One down-side is the noise levels. There is a construction site opposite with vehicles reversing and beeping late into the night and a pub below which often plays loud music until the early hours. However, this was manageable. We would recommend and use again.

Our service apartment is a 5 storey protected heritage building located in The Central of the city. This Nyonya Baba building is full of Southeast Asian style. Each suite has bright windows with characteristic traditional shutter looking out to the lively bars and streets.
All suites come with a kitchen, you might want to explore the local market, grab the fresh and unique ingredients, preparing a romantic meal for your loved ones.
Few step away to Chinatown, Marine Bay, Merlion Parks, Garden by the bay and Sentosa Island. Downstairs is the most famous Pub Street in Singapore, with many bars, nightclubs and restaurants for you to choose.
//IMPORTANT: Potential Noise during business hour from nearby pub and bar are inevitable because we are located in the most famous night life’s street. We don’t recommended noise-sensitive traveller book with us. Sound-proof window already implemented for all units.

Potential Noise from nearby Pub and restaurant during business hour (dinner time) until 10:30pm. Noisy sensitive guest please take extra caution before place the booking.
While we had implement high performance soundproof window for all our suites, therefore we barely receive relative complaint (recently updated statistic data shows less than 8% complaint received between June 2022 to Feb 2023)
We don’t have parking facilities, you will need use public parking lots. While we could reimburse up to SGD 10/day parking fee.
