This house is stunning and absolutely no complaints about the home itself - but the property managers used AI for the description and it misled us into thinking it’s in Sunriver. Our kids were extremely disappointed and we spent much of our time driving to and fro Sunriver. Would have never rented this location had the description been accurate. The pinpoint map shows the location, but having never been to SR I assumed the “House in Sunriver” listing was legit and we’d be able to ride bikes to Sharc, the Village, etc. You either have to drive on Hwy 97 to get there or take a gravel road (which we found to be the fastest way). I don’t think this is the owners fault, but the property management’s error in listing. This would be like listing a house in Black Butte when it’s actually in Camp Sherman. We had some very disappointed kids.
Beautiful house right on the river. Saw elk from the hot tub. Easy drive to Bachelor for skiing.
We had an amazing stay this winter. So much so that my entire family wants to come back in the summer.
Such a clean and beautiful house, with an incredible view! It was perfect for a larger group with plenty of space, and this house had anything that you could find yourself needing! It was the perfect distance away from the heart of Bend and Sunriver! We would love to stay in this house again!
We enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, clean, great outdoor space, comfortable amenities, and had a walking path along the river which was great. Unfortunately this booking is managed by a third party property management company. When we showed up the door code on the lock to second apartment/bedroom (separate entrance from main house) was not working and it took them hours to respond to us and resolve. They will ask you to sign an external legal agreement even after booking through Airbnb. The checkin and checkout times posted on Airbnb are incorrect. The house wasn’t stocked with some basics such as coffee or butter so plan to bring your own.

When my wife Kate and I decided to open a property management and real estate company we knew we wanted to reflect our core values of honesty, integrity and family. Today, our Village Properties family of employees is made up of local members of this beautiful Central Oregon community who carry forward ever day, a team spirit and dedication to provide our guests with the best experience and memories. My father was in the military which provided me an opportunity to grow up experiencing many different places, cultures and peoples. My love of travel continued through my childhood and on into adulthood, where today I, along with my wife and son Mitchell, enjoy traveling to unique and exotic locations. We understand the importance of making a lasting impression and strive to provide our guests with award winning experiences. Sunriver boasts its own unique and special atmosphere. People from all over the world come to Sunriver to relax, view majestic scenery, taste local fare and enjoy the outdoors. Village Properties at Sunriver, with over 33 years of experience in the travel industry, takes the extra steps so you don’t waste any precious vacation moments. We’ll make sure the home is ready for you when you arrive, so you can kick off your shoes and begin the fun. We will even make sure a light is on, heat set to temperature, tv’s up and running, firewood present and bikes accounted for. We’ll even have a dog bowl and treat waiting for those whose reservation includes a pet.
