非常好的体验 在不管遇到任何问题时都可以跟房东直接交流 房子位置很方便 不管地铁公交都很便捷 可步行去Kensington Gardon和Hyde Park。周边每天有警察巡逻，静谧安全。

The accomodation had everything we needed for our stay in London. The location was great as it was within walking distance of two underground stations making it easy to get around the whole city. As stated in the listing there are stairs to get to the room so be prepared for lots of steps. The shower was confusing to start off with but was ok once we figured it out. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and great location.

Billie and Max are great hosts—very accommodating and responsive. The location is great (and beautiful). It’s close to 3 tube lines, a host of bus stops, bikes, and Hyde Park. The room itself was very clean. The shower will probably turn you into a Luddite, and the mattress could use replacing, but this place is good if you can snag it at the right price!

We stayed at Max and Billie’s twice back to back during our London and European trip. The first stay was only 2 nights and the second time was for 6 nights. We had issues both times with the shower, during the second stay, the water shuts off in the middle of shower, but no problems right after that incident. The units are in a smaller side, so are the showers. I think that’s just the way properties are in London. Communication with Max and Billie was great and we had a couple of constructive criticism and they responded well towards them. The location is great and I love the area-walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and public transports. Keep in mind of the stairs when you select the unit, especially when you will be bringing big luggage. They provide washer and dryer. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
