Marsha’s luxury RV had every amenity and was very clean. Comfortable king bed. Two TVs although I didn’t have time to use them :). Bright and clean bathroom and kitchen. Nice deck next to a small creek. Marsha was helpful and super friendly as were her two dogs. (She checked to make sure I was okay with dogs). The property is closer to the road than I imagined from the photos and you can hear the occasional car and truck which is why I haven’t given the property a total five. I thought it would be more remote. But the RV itself is big and luxurious and well appointed. The fridge is larger than mine at home! And Marsha had stocked it with lots of sodas and bottled water. The property is close to Penland Craft center and many wonderful potteries. A great location for that. A rare find.

The travel trailer was gorgeous, real high end. The property was large with a beautiful little creek running right by the trailer and lots of hiking trails throughput. Marsha was a great host; very friendly & accommodating but not all up in your business. Definitely will be staying here again...

We were very happy staying at Marsha’s place. She was flexible with checkin and extremely friendly and hospitable. Very serene location with a creek next to us. She supplied firewood and charcoal for the fire pit which we thoroughly enjoyed. She even has a private hiking trail which she thoughtfully mapped out for guests which is pretty neat! Overall a wonderful AirBnb host! The only downside I think would be not being able to flush toilet paper. You can still use the restrooms on the RV but toilet paper can cause issues so you cannot flush it. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and would certainly come back. Highly recommend Marsha’s place if you’re in the area!

Had a great 2 night stay with my husband and 11 year old son in this RV. It was very clean and well- maintained. They have really thought of everything! We had plenty of room for the 3 of us and our dog. The back deck definitely helps! Could hardly keep my son out of the creek in the back, much less my dog! If you’re looking for something secluded and pretty private, this may not be the place for you. The RV sits off of a somewhat busy road and the owners house is very close by. There is no self check-in. Marsha comes to let you into the RV and gives you a rundown of the inside. I had never experienced that before. Marsha and her husband were very kind and helpful though, and quick to respond to any questions. Very good experience!
