I accidently booked my stay for the wrong month. Once I realized MY ERROR, the stay period had already passed. I contacted Evolve to ask them to credit or reimburse us for the cleaning and service fee (AS THEY DID NOT NEED TO CLEAN BECAUSE WE WERE NOT THERE BC I HAD THE WRONG MONTH) or some portion of it or credit me for a free cleaning if I were to book it for the correct time the following month of October. RESPONSE..it took 7 days for them to reply. They will probably blame it on the hurricane however they responded on Sept 29th and then again Oct 7. So that is NOT the issue. They will not credit me for the $78 Cleaning Fee and or the $55.06 Service Fee. I am totally not expecting them to credit me for my unused stay for $312 or the tax for $46.80 that was MY error. BUT they did NOT have to clean the unit so the LEAST they could do is credit me for $78 for the cleaning they did not have to do.

This place is a perfect place is very close to everything and easy to get to from the main streets too. The place was perfect for my husband and I to just get away from town. Everything was great , had so many things so it was truly a time away from home.
