When we first arrived we went to the front desk and the woman was VERY rude helping us find where we was supposed to be. Stood there for a good while looking for the information she asked for then when I found it she said “I don’t need anything from you” in a rude way. When we entered the garage we found out that we have to pay 40 dollars per vehicle which was NOT mentioned at all anywhere. It clearly states that parking is paid for already. After registering both vehicles we walk out to a ticket on the car saying we had to pay for not registering, had to go to security to figure things out.We entered the room we was staying in and there was dirty dishes we almost used for our food, dirty tampon in the bedroom floor, dried blood on bathroom door handle, sucker wrapper in the floor. Sleeper sofa was broke and had to sleep with chairs underneath it with our 3 year old.Was told someone would be back to fix it and they never showed back up or checked in. Will not be back or refer anyone.
