I stayed here for a bachelorette party and would recommend Elefherio's place for big groups. It was open and spacious with nice, high ceilings. The location is excellent, as well. I would note that when the listing says "essentials" are not included, it really means it. The kitchen was barely stocked with cooking supplies and same goes for the bathrooms. It wasn't anything that took away from our stay but feels important to note as we were limited in what we could cook and had to go out to buy extra stuff for ourselves.

We rented Eleftherios’ place for a bachelorette party and it was amazing! Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for people to get ready. Looked amazing and matched the photos. Eleftherios was very responsive and extremely helpful. No complaints!

Eleftherios's and his brother were outstanding hosts! Group of 10 girls and not one had anything negative to say! Only positive comments on the wonderful smelling sheets, towels and spotless bathrooms! We had a private chef come in who required additional cookware, the co host Demetres who lives locally (major plus he’s close by), ran out instantly and got all that was needed to make sure we had the best night. The house was clean, all appliances and AC worked wonderfully. Bathrooms were large and great for a big group sharing. Living room/dining room open area was the best! Was able to fit a large group comfortably. House is spaced out great where bedrooms are far enough away and quiet if others stayed up late in living room. Will definitely be coming back!
