The place is good and peaceful. The host also is responsive and the caretaker also is approachable and friendly. We enjoy our stay here with my family. It is like living in province, away from busy city. I thought it is hard to locate the place but you can easily spot the house from the main street. Though there's an interruption of electricity at the time of our stay but the place doesn't feel humid because it surrounded by many trees so it still cool. I highly recommend this place.

The place is really hard to locate. We had to be picked up and got lost the next day. However if it’s for a retreat and if you’re looking for a serene place, I recommend this place. It’s really out of signal and you can find peace. The house itself is beautiful and as described. However you can’t live here if you don’t have a car.

It's a modern house in a remote area of Samal. It's clean, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The location is perfect if you have daily tricycle service to fetch and drop you off daily. If you don't have one, you may find trouble hailing public transportation for your tour.
