Beautiful space with great views and lots of privacy… quick and easy access to pool and beach and just mins away from several activities… definitely a must stay…

What a vacation! We love Puerto Rico anyway, but staying at Tom's condo made it even better. It's a nice, cozy, quiet condo. It was stocked with everything you need. All you have do do is bring groceries if you plan on cooking. Has dinnerware, and utensils. There are also some spices there as well. The bed was so comfortable, I want one for my home now. The condo was super clean and tidy. Tom was friendly, and fast to respond to our questions regarding places to go to get things we had forgotten. We highly suggest Toms place. Its in the perfect location, close to the resort, nice pool, hot tub, and the beach is amazing! We will definately stay at Toms condo when we go back. Thanks for everything Tom! See you soon.

Everything was great. The home looks just like the photos and the building and location was very private. It was great to be close to the resort which gave us access to food and restaurants. The views from the balcony were unbelievable and breathtaking we found ourselves watching the sunrise a few times. We will definitely be back sooner than later.

Very nice place to stay with pools, hot tubs and easy beach access. Nice condo, although we didn’t spend much time in it except sleeping and showering. Had beach supplies handy which was nice. The washing machine was broken so we had to use the coin operated communal ones but Tom left us quarters for that. He said that will be replaced next week. I would stay here again.

The Ocean Villas are very convenient with an easy walk to the resort but can have a more private, less touristy experience. The pools were great and never crowded and the ocean views are fantastic. It was easy to take a trip to El Yunque rainforest (30 min) and a snorkeling trip out of Fajardo (30 min drive to Marina). The apartment was well equipped with basic cooking essentials so you do not have to buy seasonings or condiments. The host was responsive - we had a leaky AC due to a storm and was promptly fixed. The furnishings are a bit older and I would recommend kids only sleep on pull out so best for couple or family with younger kids.
