Sebastian's home was very nice. A perfect spot for us to experience our first trip to Puerto Rico. It was extremely clean and very well equipped. There were plenty of extra amenities and replacement supplies. We especially appreciated the coffee as we arrived later and we could not get to the store. The location is very nice - the beach is private and the pool was quite warm. The forest area to the east of the complex made it feel very private overall. Sebastian was very helpful with recommendations and very responsive. The cleaning crew does a very nice job as the home was spotless when we arrived. I would recommend Sebastian's place to anyone visiting PR who want to be a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of San Juan. We had a great time!

Awesome place! Easy to locate and get into. My boys and I loved all of the friendly cats on the property. The pool was nice, however, I wish it has lights so you could use it after dark until pool close. Beach was literally right there and easily accessible. We loved picking shells and walking, my boys also loved picking coconuts and cracking them open. Hardly anyone else was on the beach, so that was a plus! There is a key to a closet in the covered parking area that has additional amenities….beach chairs, a collapsible wagon, a cooler, umbrella…etc. The place itself was spacious and very clean, and had everything we needed! Sebastian was very prompt in replying back if we had any questions, or when I we reached out to him for recommendations on places to eat. Can’t wait to return!!

really enjoyed the stay. The condo was gated and had private access to the beach. Some of the surrounding neighborhoods (outside of the beach club) were not great, but Sebastian gave us some great recommendations for things to do. The restaurant he recommended (LLuvia) was great and there is a neat farm / pizza / cigar bar just down the road that was unique and a lot of fun. Easy central access to the rainforest, San Juan and Fajardo (our boat trip).

We had a wonderful time at Sebastian’s place! Looked just like the photos. The couches in the living room were super comfy which is always a plus for us because we like to watch movies. Has a great view and has a nice beach to walk to. Thanks for having us! 😊
