the booking process was effortless and quick. I received really thorough checkin instructions, and my request for twin share was effortlessly accommodated. Jeff was even available prior to checkin with my questions, and it didn't feel like a silly question or a bother. the venue had a reception area and they were polite and helpful. the pool & garden area was clean and useable. it was great weather to enjoy swimming doing laps. the unit was secure and everything worked. it was a great to have a kitchenette with a stovetop and microwave. bar fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, iron board and even those motel style hairdryers! and the aircon worked! and a bath tub which was a real treat! it is perfectly placed on the strand. right next door to a cafev that make really yummy acai bowl and eggs benny, and the coffee is the bomb. service was super quick also, in and out in 40mins compared to the large cafe chain 2 or 3 shops down that were taking 50mins just to serve up the meal
