We really enjoyed our stay. It was nice being able to walk to the beach and pool. We felt safe in the community. We were able to control the temperature of the place so we felt comfortable. The kids, especially, enjoyed being able to stream & watch on the tv. We appreciated the appliances that were available to use—stove, washer and dryer. Not being able to eat out due to food allergies and having a kitchen with the essentials to prepare meals, was priceless. Jose was a great host. Whenever we needed something, he always responded and was helpful. **Being able to climb stairs is a must because it’s not on ground level.

We really enjoyed our stay in Loiza at Jose's place. The apartment was a great base from which we could travel to different sites in the region, and it was fully stocked for beach fun. The beach itself shows signs of damage from Hurricane Maria, but it's still lovely and very convenient if you just need a little relaxation. Jose was very responsive and attentive to detail for the check-in process with the descriptions of the keys and apartment features. We felt safe and at home and had a wonderful experience!

This place is a gem and the pictures do not show how wonderful this place truly is! The hammock was super relaxing, nice location right next to a private beach and a community pool. Spacious with AC in all the bedrooms, and ceiling fans in the living room. We loved the Easter treats, highly recommend and thank you Jose!

Joses place was definitely one of the favorites! He was always responsive when I had so many questions & so helpful & friendly too. The place at first Glance is breathtaking! I love the beach vibe that wraps around every room. you can smell how clean the apartment was as you opened up every room to take it all in. Each one is very unique & very cozy, they are all pretty decent sizes too. The balcony view of the ocean isn't directly looking over it but it's just enough in my opinion. there's another balcony in the back that provides very siren & private vibes on the hammock. I loved that hammock!! I love the amount of towels that were given & that the kitchen came fully equipped & with beautiful beach themed table wear for hosting 😍 Also I just want to say that he is very understanding, there was a mix in the dates due to MY error when booking & he made sure to accommodate me promptly as promised! Joses place has a lil of everything that p.r has to offer <3
