Apartamento de lujo remodelado completamete equipado en el mejor complejo de Puerto Rico en una comunidad cerrada con estacionamiento privado gratuito. El apartamento se encuentra en el primer nivel con vista al river pool. Acceso de los huéspedes Tendrá acceso a todas la increíbles comodidades que el resort tiene para ofrecer, incluidas multiples piscinas, toboganes de agua, una piscina río; mini golf, baloncesto y cancha de tenis entre otras comodidades. Our luxury Villa is located on the first floor in front of the ‘river pool’ Has a Fully equiped modern Kitchen with bar stools. Dinning Room that sits up to 4 people. Beautiful and elegant Living Room. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. About the Rooms: Master Bedroom: 1 queen bed, 1 whole bathroom | Room#2 (1 Full bed) Room#3 Bunk-bed triple (2 full size bed/ 1 twin bed)

Jan was great, super responsive! The condo was clean and felt safe. The lazy river isn’t much of a river…it’s just a long pool but tubes were available in the condo to use which was nice. Kitchen could use a few more amenities like a toaster and coffee/hot chocolate. No toiletries or wash cloths are provided so make sure you bring your own! Beach towels and laundry were wonderful! Overall the place was great. The beach at the property is pretty rough so I did prefer driving 20 minutes to Luquillo beach and the kiosks.

Jan's place was exactly as described. The photos matched what we saw in person, and fit our family of 6 comfortably. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and came with a fully stocked kitchen. There are enough bath towels, bit bring your own wash cloths. Aquatika was located right in between of the many activities we had planned (Old San Juan, Yunque Rainforest, boat trip to neighboring islands). It is tucked away in a private, secured gated location with 24 hour security. Jan also provided chairs, a nice sized cooler, beach towels, etc. One thing we loved about staying here is how communicative Jan is as a host. We were able to reach out at any time and always received a timely response. we would not hesitate staying here on our next visit.

The best way to get to Aquatika is by car. We highly recommend renting a car because the drive to Loiza is about 35 minutes from Luis Muñoz Marín airport and it is the best way to explore the Island at your own pace.
