On the smaller side, but fit a family of 4 with 2 teens and a small dog just fine. The neighborhood was very quiet with lots of charming homes. The one negative was the trains at night. I didn't think it would bother me as I grew up in a house across the street from a train depot with trains 24/7, but for some reason, the trains at night constantly sounded their horns and woke me up multiple times. I am a slightly light sleeper though, so just a warning if you're like me.

Nicely updated and clean apartment in the attic space above a house, which is also a short term rental. We didn’t hear the people renting the downstairs house at all, and they had a baby with them. Close to the little downtown area to walk for morning coffee or dinner at the Irish/American pub at night. 5 minutes drive to the sports complex. Washer and dryer including detergent. Kitchen had coffee, sugar, powdered creamer and basic spices. All we needed!

It is a decent place to stay. Was not sure of area . Seemed as if it was not the best part of town. I am noticing when I rent Air BNB’s I am paying a cleaning fee but expected to clean the place before I leave. We are not messy at all. I find this with all of the Air BNB’s O have stayed at. The cleaning fee should be waived if I am doing the cleaning at any place.

We were there for my daughter's volleyball tournament at the sports complex and Savannah's place was perfect for this. Very cute and clean apartment close to everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The check in process was easy. Would recommend!
