The location cannot be beat. A 3 minute walk to the beach and far enough from the main road that you don’t hear any of the traffic. The place is spacious and had plenty of beds for our large group. The kitchen is large, beautiful and has top-end appliances. There is only 1 bedroom and bathroom on the main level (bathroom is in the bedroom), so may not be a great option for those with kids or mobility issues. The downstairs studio has a separate entrance but can be accessed from the main floor, although you need to walk through the bathroom to access the kitchen and bed. The upstairs has 3 rooms with 5 beds but the bathroom upstairs is very small.

Gorgeous spacious family home. Felt like home from day one. Hosts were responsive and had everything we could ever need. Accommodations for a sick pet were kind and resolved the issues. Everyone who visited felt a sense of ease peace and comfort in the space. The gas fireplace is a HUGE bonus. I would come. back to Santa Cruz just to stay here again. Highly recommend.

Great spot in Santa Cruz, close to the harbor and beach. House was perfect, plenty of space for everyone kids and dog were happy too!

This house was great for families and dogs. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen and so close to the beach! Josh was incredibly responsive and flexible. We would stay here again!
