Very nice apartment that is well decorated, equipped and clean. In a very convenient location in the centre of Leicestershire with a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops within a short walk. Can be a little noisy outside at night/evenings but this is probably as it’s so close to the centre and we stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. We did have a small issue with the fridge not working at all upon arrival. I raised this with Thomas but unfortunately due to our short stay it wasn’t possible to get someone to come out and look at it whilst we were there. This was just unlucky and no fault of Thomas, who was very apologetic and offered a part refund due to the inconvenience, resolving the issue well. Overall a very good host and a very nice place.

Thomas was such a lovely host. Having had some issues with the initial flat we reserved, we were kindly informed and placed in another flat before we had arrived. The location, price and look of the flat is very good and modern. Very accommodating for the trip with all the utensils we needed to cook as we pleased.
