Quite simply, everything was perfect. The Smithy is in a beautiful location; the view is stunning; the accommodation was equipped with everything we needed, and Jon could have been more helpful. We can’t wait to go back!!

Has a fabulous stay , what a wonderful place . Best Airbnb ever !!!!!. Lots of lovely walks around the smithy and by the river . Was able to rest, relax and disconnect . Plenty to do in the local area . loved sitting on the veranda enjoying the beautiful view and sounds of nature . Lovely to meet the hosts who were very helpful and friendly .

We had a really lovely week at The Smithy. It was such a warm and cosy space with everything you needed. And the views were just perfect. It was a delightful to walk the dogs by the river and through the old mine land. Plus ten minutes into Calstock was great - 2 pubs and a pasty hatch! We really enjoyed the uniqueness of the location and the peacefulness. Jon and Jenny were the perfect hosts.
