Very nice modern house great layout and with the stuff you want there - soap, blankets kitchen stuff (incl coffee). Host was accurate responsive and thoughtful

This beautiful home in Hot Springs Village is just what the doctor ordered. Close enough to downtown to enjoy the fun but far enough away to enjoy the peace and beautiful surroundings when we wanted to wind down. The home was very clean and had many more amenities than listed. We ate our dinners in and the kitchen had everything we needed with the gas grill being an added bonus! Will book again if back in the area.

This is a great house. Very clean and modern, just as described. We very much enjoyed our stay at this home and I would do it again. My only complaints are very small. There was no soap/shampoo in the shared bathroom between the 2 smaller bedrooms so we had to go buy some. Also, we were told there was no smoking, inside or outside but this was not made clear in the description. We found out just before the trip. We were hoping to enjoy a cigar on the back deck (it was cold so we may not have anyhow) but were unable to out of respect for the rules (and our deposit). But overall, these are small things and if outdoor smoking is not an issue, this place is terrific.
