Hazel’s Casita is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay. Everything you could need is provided in the kitchen. The rooms and bathrooms are comfortable and clean. Norma was welcoming and available when questions came up.

This property exceeded our expectations! The home was very clean and tastfully decorated. The kitchen had everything that we needed. I was very happy that hot chocolate K cups were provided along with coffee. The Christmas decorations that were up were beautiful. The property is very peaceful. The master bathroom is a spa like experience with a gorgeous walk-in shower and soaking tub. We highly recommend this property.

This location was one of the best airbnbs my family and I have been too so far! It was beautiful, not only inside, bubutt the neighborhood was too. It was neat and spacious and provided and amazing getaway for our Thanksgiving break! Definitely would recommend!!

Modern new home in a beautiful area and a quiet and secure neighborhood. The house is nicely decorated, very well stocked, and exceptionally clean. The perfect example of the home away from home, where you can relax and enjoy the activities in the Hot Springs area. It was very nice to receive a welcome message from the host and the bottle of Designated Driver wine was a pleasant and tasty surprise. We met very friendly neighbors who used to live in the same city where we are from. We would love to come back and stay at the same house again.

I’m from Arkansas and lived near Hot Springs in the past. However this is Hot Springs Village and this was my first visit. It was also my last. The security guard upon entry was rude and very impatient. He literally yelled at us for being in the wrong lane as a guest. After dealing with him we arrived to the house. Entry was easy per the instructions for check-in. This was the hottest day of the year thus far, and the A/C was completely OFF! It took nearly two hours to cool it down. The house is obviously fairly new. Everything was clean and labeled to the tee. It was a bit smaller than expected but it was fine. We like to cook as a family, and each time we did, the smoke detector went off. A couple of things I would suggest to improve guest experience. 1. Upgrade the appliances, a fridge with an ice maker and filtered water is common. We had to buy ice and water. 2. Get a real Keurig. 3. Upgrade the TV’s. 4. Leave the A/C on for your guests. Positive note: There’s a golf course! ⛳️
