3a Benson st is a stylish ground floor apartment centrally located in the historic market town of Ulverston. On the edge of the lake district, Ulverston is a perfect base for the Cumbrian way, day trips to the steamers on Windermere or walking the Wainwrights. Or stay local and check out the Laurel and Hardy museum, Hoad Monument or the many Independent pubs and cafes. Ulverston also hosts many festivals such as the retro rendezvous, dickensian festival, another fine fest and lantern festival Stylish ground floor apartment with spacious lounge, modern kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, wahing machine, cooker, coffee and tea facilities. Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom plus separate toilet/washroom. Bike and luggage storeage. Wifi and designated workspace. The basement has a pool table, mini bar dart board and a pull out sofa-bed
A great flat in a very central location. Very clean, loads of space and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Neil was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit. Highly recommend!
This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to but not right in the centre of Ulverston. Both lounge and kitchen are spacious and well equipped, though if you fully self-cater, as we do, you may want to take a few items. The bed was comfortable and en-suite shower very good. The upstairs bedroom lacks storage space in the room itself, but there is ample drawer space in the lounge and in the cupboard by the front door. It just needs a little thought to make this work for you. We didn't use the basement bedroom. The provision of a parking permit (for a deposit) that covers many, but not all, car parks in the town and Lake District will save you parking charges.
Town centre
The bus stop is only a minute away and the train station is a 7 minute walk.
Theatre st pay and display carpark is under a minute from the apartment.
