The condo itself was great. Clean and spacious with anything you could need. However, the description says that it is ‘beachfront.’ That is NOT the case. There is a small patch of sand next to water, no waves and not practical for swimming. The small area of sand has broken bricks on it. Definitely not ‘beach front.’ If you are looking for a small, fishing community - with the nearest real grocery store 40 minutes away - this is a very nice condo. I emailed Evolve the night we arrived to inform them we would be leaving the next day and asking if there was any possible refund. They did not respond until the next day once we had already left. After several messages back and forth, they confirmed that no refund would be given. I understand it was my responsibility to know the area. But, I trusted the ‘beachfront’ description.

It was perfect! Watching the sunrise from the upstairs window of this condo, with hot coffee in hand, early morning, nothing short of a miracle. People in Cedar Key are extremely friendly. Kayaking with dolphins, walking the neighborhoods. Just lovely and yes… perfect in all respects. A plus!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay in Cedar Key; with our Bnb being the cherry on top. It was so quiet and peaceful; sunrises from our balcony were heavenly. The BnB was fully stocked with everything to meet our needs. Was so close to everything that we could walk easily, but chose to rent a golf cart to buzz around the island. Plenty of parking, easy access to our condo, and the pool to relax in made our stay here a delight.
