Great value for the money. Teresa was always responsive and very nice. The spot is peaceful and quiet. The unit is dark as others have noted. It is a sleepy atmosphere. Costs are kept low because Teresa's husband Justin does all the maintenance. Unfortunately this means that instead of calling a technician who has a needed part, it can take a long time for things to get fixed. However there are positives to this too, as Justin helped rearrange a bed in the 2nd bedroom. Their flexibility was super, and very much appreciated. All in all, I would recommend as you will not find better value in all of Vancouver.

The hosts were lovely and extremely helpful. They accommodated a late check in with no issues. The apartment had all required amenities for a months stay. Bus to downtown and Sky train were close by. Quiet neighbourhood.

Teresa & Justine so friendly & helpful. He helped my husband to drop him off at the rental car . Everything we need is in the house. Hopefully , we can come back again next time .

Teresa was lovely and communicated with us very well, the house is in a good location and minutes away from a bus to downtown. However, the house itself was tiny and very dark. I wouldn’t recommend it for long term stays for 4 people. The beds were very small and there was no couch. The stairs made a lot of noise when going up and down them and the chairs were also very wobbly. The toilet became blocked twice and our kitchen tap also had to be replaced, meaning we were left with no water for a day. However, Teresa was very welcoming and helped us out whenever she could.
