only stayed 14 hours of a 6 days stay. multiple problems with the property including dangerously uneven flooring, no bathroom door on vanity area, paper thin walls, one of the heads of the single beds right near toilet, traffic noise, industrial noise and high voltage hum all night that kept us awake most of night. we alerted the host within hours of arriving we weren't happy, we were ignored. once we left early the next morning they contacted us once to ask what the problems were then completely stonewalled and ignored from that point. we asked for a partial refund but they refused, we lost around $1700. photos of property are very deceptive, a total rip off and uncaring host. I've been on air bnb for 7 years and I've never complained about anything before. this is the worst property and host I've ever come across. traveller beware, especially if you have kids with sensory issues or anyone with mobility issues. Even air bnb tried to advocate for us but host would not help.

Great location, it was only a short walk to the esplanade and there was a food works just up the street. Large enough to accommodate our family of five.
