The Bradenton Oasis is in the historic neighborhood of Ballard Park in Bradenton, Florida. It is far enough from downtown that noise and people are not a problem, but close enough that you can still walk. Just a few miles from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and within a couple miles of the major hospitals in town. Kick back and relax in a tastefully updated but equally historic home that has over 100 years of memories and is ready to welcome 100 years more! As you step inside, you'll be transported to a bygone era, with the majority of the house being original construction dating back over a century. However, we've updated the bathrooms to bring them into the 21st century, so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.

Great stay! The cottage was so cute and clean!
Situated on a quiet and scenic street, this stay was exactly what I was looking for in my quick work trip. Perfectly walkable to many downtown attractions, I recommend this with the highest confidence. Looking forward to staying again.
Great space! Spacious with everything we needed and felt right at home.
We had such a lovely time here! Our host was very communicative, we had zero issues. House is dog friendly, Irma enjoyed, lounging on the porch:) the location is a 10/10. Easy to walk to restaurants and the pier and an easy drive to the beach or a quick trip across the bridge to St. Pete’s. Will stay here again, the next time we are in Bradenton.

However, some homes are still undergoing renovations and may appear neglected. We encourage our guests to appreciate the unique character of the neighborhood and the efforts being made to preserve its history.
