This place was amazing! Although it rained most of my stay, I had a balcony with a view and I just sat and meditated. The place was huge and so clean! Loved meeting other guests and having conversations with coffee. I will definitely be back and thank you to your staff for going above and beyond!

Sonder Ovation in Philadelphia is a beautiful, updated building. Our room was beautiful, modern, and clean. The balcony as well as the building rooftop were wonderful and unique and we would stay here again for the rooftop alone. As others have reviewed, it is a noisy building - you can hear the guests above/below you or in the hallway, and there is some significant street noise. The noise level was not loud enough that it kept us awake; however, if you are very sensitive to noise, I would stay elsewhere. The amenities inside the unit (washer/dryer with soap; dishwasher with soap; products in the bathroom; dishes in the kitchen) were all helpful. The one downfall to Sonder Ovation through Airbnb was that we had to do a pre-check in on the Sonder website, third party link NOT through Airbnb. We never got the alert that we had to do this check-in, and we spent almost 45 min on the Sonder website trying to do the pre-check in. The Sonder website DID NOT LOAD the entire trip - frustrating.

It was close to fire station, but the noise didn’t bother us. Great communication about maintenance coming to change filters. Amazing stay overall. Would book again. The Sonder app was great.
