The apartment is spacious for a city and free of clutter. It is essentially like staying in a hotel (freshly cleaned, mini shampoos etc.) with a kitchen/living area & overall more space. The parking space is a major bonus (be prepared it’s a narrow alley behind the building). The 3 bedrooms are very nice, the 2 kings are upstairs and the queen is on the walk in floor with kitchen/living room. The lobby stairs are gorgeous and significant if you have any issues with mobility, but we found them to be very manageable. The location is great, couple minute walk to rittenhouse and fantastic restaurants. Stayed with our 3 teenage sons. FYI there is a roll away cot for extra sleeping space if needed. Rafi’s team is very responsive & makes the entire process easy. Highly recommend!

Rafi and the team were super accommodating and responsive. Parking was a nice perk. Place is in a great location, clean/spotless, had everything you needed, close to all the restaurants and landmarks. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a lovely neighborhood, the host was very responsive. The apartment was immaculate and very tastefully done. The neighborhood is completely charming. Lots of great recommendations for Philadelphia. Highly recommend!

We loved this apartment. The building is very nice and well kept and the apartment has been renovated and has everything that one may need. The location is great, with many restaurants and cool shops nearby. We enjoyed the small food shop across the street, where one can find wine, beer, produce and all kind of groceries. Rafi and the team were super responsive and very helpful. This trip was to deal with some medical issues, but we are looking forward to plan a weekend trip just to enjoy the apartment again and get to know more of this very nice city.
