Great stay at Anne’s spot! We loved the walkability, excellent proximity to Church St. More spacious than it looks in the pictures. And we loved the steam room shower! Five stars all around

We stayed here during the 2024 Solar Eclipse, and it was perfect. It was very spacious, in the best location, with private parking and strong Wi-Fi. We would definitely stay here again.

By far one of the best Airbnbs I have visited. I lived here for 4 weeks. Burlington is beautiful and the space provided proximity to lots of things to do and a peaceful respite when needed. Anne is a wonderful host. She is extremely accommodating and provided everything we needed. My partner and I both work from home. The WiFi worked perfectly and the kitchen had everything we needed + more. The kitchen, dining room, and bedroom are combined so we spent a lot of time there. It was spacious enough and met our needs. Although the bathroom is cozy, the shower/steam room was great. Living room was also a nice place to relax. To note, you can hear footsteps from the neighbors upstairs but they were respectful of quiet hours. Highly recommend this stay!

This is probably the coolest "studio" apartment I've ever stayed in—despite having the kitchen, dining area, and bed in the same room and having very little natural light, Anne and Lou have set up the furniture and lighting design to make it feel big and spacious. Having the separate sitting-room/entry way also helped me keep my luggage and bike in a separate part of the place. Could be quite livable for a month or a couple months. The kitchen was magnificently equipped with everything I could think of (toaster, microwave, coffee-maker, electric teakettle, huge fridge) as well as a few delightful surprises like a wok and a cast-iron skillet. The dining area makes for a great work-from-home desk, and the sound-proofing is impressive (maybe from the heavy industrial construction?)... I never heard anything from upstairs during my stay. The steam shower is also a nice treat after a long rainy run or bike ride along the Lake.

A neat space. Right by downtown and a short walk to the university, where I was attending a conference.
