Je recommande fortement ce logement. Près de tout à playa del carmen. Le cartier est très sécuritaire. L’espace était parfait pour notre grande famille! Merci à Juan et son équipe, c’était merveilleux!

This was the perfect location for my bachelorette. The airbnb actually felt much bigger than the photos. It was more than enough space for our group of 11. Minutes walk to beach access, 15-20 minute walk to the main drag, very easy to communicate with the security for a taxi, and on-site staff for help or questions. Juan was amazing to communicate with! I had so many questions leading up and he was extremely responsive, helped us get in touch with a private chef for one night, let us check in early and check out late. Also, so many beach towels was a plus! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you SO much for accommodating us and being so reliable and responsive!

Juan was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodated an early check in for us. A few maintenance issues came up, but were resolved super fast. The place was also cleaned everyday for us, which was amazing! We were unaware of someone staying in the basement apartment, but Juan quickly communicated with us and handled promptly so we felt comfortable during our stay We would definitely stay here again and hope to come back! The house was spacious. Linens and towels were clean. Kitchen well stocked. Washer dryer combo was nice. The couches needed to be cleaned though. I think people sit on them wet and they are stained. The beds were firm. Which is great for me but not so much for my siblings who need cushy. Some of the shower heads didn’t work great but overall the bathrooms were clean and stocked with basics. Pool was clean and private. The rooftop was beautiful. Instructions on the heating hot tub is necessary to use it. Juan was a wonderful host. He was responsive, quick to help and very friendly. He highly recommend his chef and we hired him for the day. We ate some of the best foods! Fresh and delicious! The home is close to the beach. And also walking distance to a few souvenir shopping areas and a small conscience store. Maybe about 10 mins by taxi to Walmart.

Juan was a great host. I’d love to re-book another stay with him. The house was beautiful and was perfect for my group. I enjoyed how every room had their private bathroom. I also loved the common areas & the outside area. The place was very clean and very safe. I really appreciate having a security guard at the front gate. I highly recommend booking this villa. Another plus is that the beach is super close
