Its floor area is 90sq mtrs (45 sq mtrs each floor) in a 350sq mtr lot area. It has a Master bedroom and 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 bedrooms upstairs with aircon and 1 fan room in the ground floor. 1-bedroom ensuite full bathroom. When you are vacationing in groups or as a family it has the modern comforts like shower with heater, COMPLIMENTARY cable TV with netflix, youtube, disney+,unli wifi, drinking water (during the entire stay), coffee (no refill), condiments, bathroom essentials, toilet paper, garbage bags in the kitchen all while being easy on your wallet. It has a full kitchen, and I think this is such an underrated but very helpful feature when staying in CDO on a budget, will let you take advantage of the public market nearby just outside the village, so you won’t be obliged to dine out for every meal during your vacation. For pets we can allow up to 2 trained pets for free but are required proper disposal of diaper or poop in a plastic bag or in the grassy areas outside the unit. We will use discretion on the amount of animals allowed. Pets are not allowed to loiter outdoor or around the neighborhood without a leash. Please ensure to clean up every after pet mess made and pets away from the antique furniture within the property. We offer self check in using a lockbox or keysafe and a pin code for arrivals after 3pm.
