The house is very nice and clean. It looks like much effort have been put into making it very unique. I liked that we had access to the lake, kayaking, paddle boards and grill. However, there is no information before head about lack of drinkable water in the house. We did not have enough water to drink. Once I asked Vacasa to bring us some water I was promised that someone will come and nobody came. After 3 calls and reaching to property manager I was told to buy it by myeslf and they will give me money back. In addition wi-fi info provided was incorrect and after reaching to Vacasa for help I was told to reset router and call the provider (by myself, while I have no idea about the plan and terms of internet) to solve the problem. Finally we figure it out but without any support from property management. Overall, place is beautiful and clean but management communication is very poor! After spending half day on the phone we received 15-20% refund.

It was a beautiful home right on the water! 2 paddleboards and 2 kayaks were provided, as described in the listing! There were a few aspects of the home that made it clear people did not live here. The walls to the 2 main bedrooms were incomplete; stopping about 8 inches from the ceiling. The walls were unfinished and electrical outlets and wiring were exposed. The latch of the front door seems to have been replaced by a latch that is not long enough for the front door; the front door does not lock either manually or with a key. The neighbors at a non-Vacasa property continually came onto the listed property with the excuse that there were "too many kids," on their dock. Would have loved a way to respectfully contact the property manager. The water was not drinkable and there was not a water jug provided. Overall it was a fantastic home in a fantastic location! Not as secluded as expected.

Excellent, classic little Maine camp. Perfect for a family with 2-3 kids.

First off, I would highly recommend having 4wd before coming here. The road is dirt and very bumpy and the parking has a steep incline. Wet conditions makes this very difficult to get up. There are essentially no signs leading to the airbnb except one at the top of the circle that still does not indicate which direction to go and the house number is tucked away further down the path if you choose the right path. This created a horrible situation in which I took the wrong path and got stuck the bottom of a muddy hill and got yelled at by an irate older neighbor who showed no sympathy or any willingness to be helpful and demanded I get towed out. I got towed out, but that cost $600. Nice out-of-towners fee. All that being said the airbnb itself nice. Small, but cozy. Great view. Walls were not finished in the 2 bottom guest rooms with studs/wiring in the open. Potentially dangerous depending on the person. 3 trash bags from previous stays were sitting right at the top of porch steps.
