Tracy was one of the best hosts I've had while traveling. The condo is better in person. It felt like staying in a brand new apartment moving in for the 5 days we stayed. It was super clean and the reviews are accurate. We were accommodated with 5 star laundry service. Whomever washed the whites, managed to get our socks to come out of the laundry looking brand new. Ae were welcomed in person by Tracy with a buffet of snacks, coffee, water and refreshments. She answers messages immediately. I highly recommend. We will stay here again. Thank you for being a super host!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay thanks to Tracy's wonderful hospitality and an amazing property! The property itself was beautifully decorated, super clean, and in a perfect spot, which really added to our experience. The beach was a block away with beautiful views of the ocean. Tracy made us feel so welcome right from the start. She was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay.

Loved our stay here! Me and my girlfriend spent two weeks in the Bahamas—one week staying at a resort and the other week working remotely from Tracy’s place. It was the perfect place for a remote work setup. It’s very spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The place is located a short walk from the beach. It’s a pretty small beach and borders the highway but still a great place to watch the sunset. Also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend a rental car here, though, if you’re planning to visit Cable Beach and Downtown Nassau, as taxi fares added up quickly for us! As all the other reviews have mentioned, Tracy was a superstar host. She was super welcoming and responsive, and also helped us get taxis. She even did our laundry for us since the laundry room was under construction at the time! Definitely recommend Tracy’s place for anyone visiting Nassau.
