The location was was in a great spot for me and I was hoping to be a regular guest since I work in the area regularly. The day of reservation started and that all changed, the first message I got started out with her house rules which went like this "Rules, No parties, No one who is not on my reservation in my unit". Its just me so I didn't worry to much about the strict rules, but once I got into the property I discovered that several of the light switches didn't work and some had tape over them, the shower head hit me in the chest and I'm only 5' 9". All towels and bedding were rather old and worn, the mattress was who knows how old and had an egg crate style foam on top of it. No hand soap in the bathroom and the list goes on. I was going to tough it out and move on with life but Jackie asked how things were going on day 2 of my 10 day stay and when I informed her of the deficiencies she called me directly and asked that I leave, and give me a partial refund.

Jackie was one of the nicest hosts I have had on airbnb. Her cleaner didnt clean everything she was supposed to and Jackie offered to clean it all herself!

Our recent extended stay at Jackie's Airbnb was fantastic! The centrally located apartment provided quick access to the business district, Bellevue Square Mall, and essential amenities like grocery shops, restaurants, gas stations, and drug stores. The space was exactly as pictured—clean, with stylish interiors. The well-equipped kitchen and washer-dryer set were particularly helpful. Both rooms featured desks and lamps, ideal for work. Convenient parking, a spotless bathroom, excellent wifi, a comfortable bed, and ample pillows and towels enhanced our stay. Jackie's quick responsiveness and willingness to address concerns added an extra layer of comfort. We appreciate her flexibility for a later check-out. In summary, our experience at Jackie's place was amazing, and we highly recommend it for a comfortable and centrally located stay in Bellevue. Thanks, Jackie!

I had a fine stay. I went for a work trip in downtown Bellevue and had a nice 20 minute walk in the mornings. Didn't spend much time in the apartment and stayed busy with work.
