We had an amazing trip at Summer Breeze. Chris and Paula as hosts were awesome and incredibly responsive. The house is amazing and they have done a great job at fixing whatever hurricane damage may have been there, its incredibly clean and comfortable. The location cant be beat and the pictures dont do it justice. We walked the beach multiples times a day, leveraged the kayaks, beach chairs and toys, and had a cookout in the firepit on the beach. Being right on the beach and having our 5 and 7 year olds run in and out if the weather got bad really helped us maximize our beach time. I strongly recommend leveraging Paula for groceries as the ferry takes a bit of logistics and having your food stocked when you arrive was very nice. We made most of our meals and went out fishing and cruising with Captain Richie which was awesome and gave us 2 meals of fresh fish to cook. There is also a small empanada stand by the airstrip that was really good along with Mangoes. Great Trip!

What a location! Waking up every morning and seeing the gulf right outside the window was special. Shortest walk to the beach ever. Nice pool at NCIC. Clean up from Hurricane Ian was still ongoing but it didn't hamper our trip in any way. Would stay at this place again.

This is the second time we have stayed there. The location can't be beat, the view of the gulf from the house is awesome ( from the kitchen, living room, patios, master bedroom). While others are driving to the beach (just outside your door) for the sunset (awesome), you just step out on one of 3 outside patio areas. The house is somewhat dated though, as are the bathroom linens and it needs a good paint job inside as well. You are paying a premium for the location. Paula was very responsive as the property manager when needed via text. We had problems with the water for the first few days and she helped get it squared away. Internet was very slow at its best. The tub wasn't working and other items need to be replaced that were damaged via the hurricane, bikes, grill, etc. It would have been nice to know ahead of time on these issues or an updated description on VRBO. Overall you can't beat the location and views, it just some needed updates and repairs from the hurricane

Chris and Paula were amazing hosts! Summer Breeze was everything and more than what was in the listing. The views from all 3 balconies were spectacular and the house came fully equipped with everything we needed! The sunsets were amazing and both Chris and Paula checked in with us periodically to see how we were enjoying our stay. We will definitely be coming back again next year! We felt so spoiled being right on the beach and close to everything! Thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us Chris.
