Very nice location and a nice-sized apartment, we had a little problem with one of the bathrooms but they sent and fixed it very quickly. bed was comfortable and nice size. apartment in a very nice location and very quiet also. Parking was easy and safe. The only problem we pay the cleaning fee but still they ask you to remove all your rubbish to bin yourself I belive keeping the apartment in good condition, of course, our responsibility but paying the cleaning fee and cleaning the apartment when you check out is bit too much to ask from guests.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. in walking distance of the cit center, yet in in a quiet and lovely green area. we'd wish we could stay here forever and live in Edinburgh. Thanks to their fast communication, their immense friendliness to meet our needs (buit earlier check-in p.e.) and the location itself all in all our weekend in Edinburgh was just utterly delightful. Can't wait to come back and will definitely try and book this apartment again.

Apartment had all the required amenities one would need while being away from home and we very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is walking distance from nearest tram or bus transport and also has many supermarkets nearby. Apartment had fully equipped kitchen which made our stay very convenient. Host was very responsive and took great care of accommodating all of our requests.

Great location, great layout, calm and quiet, short walk to Leith Walk and shopping. Christmas decor appreciated. Much more attention to pre-arrival maintenance is needed, but management was very responsive.
